Hanahan residents pray together after councilman was arrested on child sex abuse materials charges
Nearly 100 community members gathered at the Hanahan Amphitheater last night to pray for the city after former councilman Kevin Phillip Hedgpeth was arrested on federal child sexual abuse materials charges. Hedgpeth will remain in custody after he waived a hearing this morning.
