Outsiders weather and ice age watch: 'Global warming has forgotten about North America'

Sky News host Rowan Dean says "global warming appears to have taken a gap year in North America," after it was recently reported a total of 600 new all-time cold records have been set this week in the United States.

Mr Dean referenced an article recently published on website 'Electroverse' which noted in the past week in the United States, the cold temperate records have been impacted as a result of Arctic cold blasts.
