There hasn't been a better time to hit up all of these tracks that I've neglected in the past 10 years from Final Fantasy VII. I've honestly had a hard time finding the hours in my day to dedicate to playing through the remake properly since I'm still working my way through Doom very slowly around all of my projects, but I'm so excited to fully dive in and just go super obsession mode once I'm ready. I've put in a few hours and it's been plenty to know that I had to hit this track up ASAP.

The bassist in my band Thunderforge made a post about wondering if Uematsu is aware of how many people became metalheads because of this track in particular. I think it really was a huge influence to a lot of people in my generation. There's something about the structure of the melody and how it just straight up shreds that really makes you crave more. I was honestly a bit intimidated to take it on, but found a lot of the riffs to fall into the hands quite naturally!

I utilized a new plugin for mixing that tames the harsh frequencies a lot more and I to implement it more in covers to come to improve my sound. Hope you guys like how it sounds! Thanks so much for watching and KEEP FIGHTING FURTHER!
