3. Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
4. Red chili- 1
5. Cumin seeds- ½ tbsp
6. Onions- 1-2 chopped
7. Ginger- 1 tbsp chopped
8. Garlic- 1 tbsp chopped
9. Green chili- 3-4
10. Coriander powder- ½ tbsp
11. Garam Masala- ¼ tbsp
12. Turmeric powder- ¼ tbsp
13. Salt to taste
14. Red chili powder- ½ tbsp
15. Tomato – 2 chopped
16. Kasuri methi – ½ tbsp
17. Green coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
