SCP-4666 is terrifying for many reasons. He conducts eerie ritualistic killings, keeps slaves, and tortures and eats children. But the most terrifying aspect of the Yule Man is the fact that he's still roaming the world and continues to enact his cruelties year after year. He comes on winter nights to naughty children and their parents.
