Ingredients: 100 gms of amlaki dust and an iron kadai or pan. Method : Place the iron kadai on the gas oven in medium flame and put the amlaki dust and about 250 ml of water in it and start stirring until the water has almost dried out and a paste is formed. Keep it intact in the iron kadai overnight. Then again place the kadai on the gas in sim position and add to it about 50 ml of coconut oil and mix for about 2 to 3 mins and then allow to cool down. Now your preparation is ready. Apply all over your scalp and hair and leave for 1 hour. Those whose hair has mostly turned grey apply three times a week or else twice.
