The glass units used in the fixed door leaf and in the fixed and operable windows are LiteZone® L0479 IGUs which are 2.8” thick with 2 suspended films and achieve insulating values of R9.9 (U=0.101) center of glass and R8.4 (U=0.119) for an overall fixed window. The glass unit used in the active door leaf is a LiteZone® L0465 IGU which is 2.2” thick with 2 suspended films and achieves an insulating value of R9.5 (U=0.105) center of glass and R7.9 (U=0.127) for an overall fixed window. LiteZone® glass units are air filled and therefore have no concerns with deteriorating insulating values or with decompression of IGUs due to escaping argon or krypton. LiteZone® has an expected life of more than 60 years making it the most sustainable insulating glass unit available.
