This is Sinner’s reinterpretation of Johnny Cash’s “Hurt”. A tribute song to his nephew Santana Rosales who was reported missing August 26th, 2022 and later found dead in his car in the Delta Mendota Canal on October 28th, 2022. The case went from missing to homicide. Santana was 19 years old at the time when he went missing and would’ve been 20 years old the following month on September 17th. Rest In Peace Santana.
