First cut with the new diy power feed on the sawmill.

Got everything setup with the pwm speed controller. Making the maiden cut, hoping this eliminates some of the up and down from the blade. And it did. With a more consistent speed it helps the blade to not flex causing it to climb or dive. This may take a little more tweaking, but it did very well.
