DIY Stages Bike Rockerplate

Here are the latest updates to my DIY indoor bike "lateral movement system". It's like a "rockerplate" just simpler and cheaper. The bike footprint is essentially the same as before. It rides surprisingly well thanks to dual density foam, a padded centre-line support and good dampening. See for yourself.
