The chains on a woman and her external beauty are real. Unfortunately, society is extremely focused on outer beauty. It's important to understand that you can never reach what they see as perfection and you have to truly just concentrate on being the best version of yourself and loving your own reflection.

Be your own best friend. You spend all the time in the world with yourself and you deserve only love from yourself.

I make videos every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and I vlog daily on my second channel. Sometimes my videos are funny, sometimes, I have a really important message to spread through videos like this.

They told me I needed to lose weight and be more sexy, but I refuse to hear them. I just want to be me. As I am.

And it's your responsibility to shut those voices out of your life and just to live your best live.
