Windows Users:
If you are unable to Double Click the TS2 file to open it do this:
Right-click on the image (it will have a .ts2 extension), select "Open With" and then select "use another app" at the bottom of the list. In the dialogue box that opens check the box for "Always use this app to open .ts2 files" and then navigate to where Studio 2 is and click on it. Then in future you'll be able to double click on any TS2 file and it will open in Studio 2. {Thanks to @Paul Meachen for this help}
Mac Users:
If you are unable to Double Click the TS2 file to open it do this:
Just "right click" the TS2 File and select "Open With" and Choose Topaz Studio 2. For a Permanent Solution: Just "right click" the TS2 File and select "Get Info" a dialog box will open on the left side of the screen. There will be a section called "Open With" and also a drop down menu in that section. It will list the App that is the Default App set up to open the TS2 File. If it is not Topaz Studio 2 you can click on the Drop Down and select Topaz Studio 2. This will only associate that one file to open with Topaz Studio 2. There is also a radio button in that selection called "Change All" under the Heading "Use this application to open all documents like this one." Click that button and a message will open. Click "Continue" and the Mac will now open all .ts2 files with Topaz Studio 2.
