DUBROVNIK - LUXURY STONE MANSION WITH POOL AND CELLAR

The main entrance to this magnificent 580 m2 property is located at the deepest point of one of Dubrovnik's numerous bays.
It's 20 meters from the seashore on the waterfront promenade. It is a beautiful example of traditional natural stone and architecture that is supposed to blend in with nature from the outside.
Its southern courtyard is completely encircled by massive stone walls, ensuring complete privacy. The courtyard features a variety of outdoor seating and dining areas, as well as a special glass bridge that links two outdoor terraces.
The mansion's interior is also a one-of-a-kind and luxurious environment.
It has a wide open space foyer (a lounge) where you can relax and unwind, two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a garden entry, a fully equipped professional kitchen, and an open bar area. A second living room with a large fireplace and a large dining area is available (suitable for up to 16 people).
There are four luxurious duplex suites on the first floor (each with a king size bedroom with walk-in showers on the upper level).
A total of 12 guests (+2) can be accommodated in the 6 bedrooms and bathrooms.
The library of the mansion has high ceilings, wide windows, and double doors that lead to the two terraces. Both terraces have views of the bay, providing the ideal setting for relaxation.
Terraced Mediterranean gardens surround the villa, completely secluded by high stone walls and gently diffusing the scent of traditional Croatian vegetation like lavender, citrus, and olives. Fresh spices are available in the herb garden.
An attractive shaded lounge room, as well as a grill and outdoor dining area, can be found in the outdoor pool area. SONOS and BOSE sound systems are installed in the mansion, as well as specially built indoor and outdoor lighting systems. These high-tech additions will make your stay more enjoyable and allow you to customize your entertainment to your preferences.
There is a villa manager at your disposal, as well as concierge services, who will help you plan restaurant reservations, special events, or find additional staff to assist you during your stay (such as private Chef, butler or a maid).
