AWS SSM Tutorial: Bypass Private Key to Decrypt Password

In This Video You will learn how to bypass private. Key to decrypt administrator account on EC2 Instances, instead you can create new local account with admin privileges' and use that to login any Windows machines.

Primary requirement is SSM Agent should be working and it is reporting to AWS System Manager console. If you do not see Connect option on session manager page then you cannot use this method.
