1️⃣ Find a group of people
Start with who, not what.
Look for a niche or community with shared interests, struggles, or goals.

2️⃣ Validate a real problem
Talk to them. Listen.
Figure out what’s really holding them back — emotionally, mentally, practically.

3️⃣ Solve that problem
If you can help them get from Point A to Point B, you have something valuable.
Results matter more than ideas.

4️⃣ Package it into an offer
Build a clear, irresistible solution:
✅ Simple to understand
✅ Easy to buy
✅ Hard to ignore

5️⃣ Build an acquisition system
Create a repeatable method to get in front of the right people — whether through content, ads, referrals, or partnerships.

6️⃣ Build a delivery system
Set up how you’ll consistently deliver the value — coaching, product, course, service, etc.

💰 That’s it.
That’s how I did it.
That’s how many real businesses are built.

Not overnight. Not magically. Just... methodically.
so, Find a group of people.
Validate a real problem they have.
Figure out how to solve that problem.
Package that solution into an offer.
Build an acquisition system to reach them.
Build a delivery system to serve them.
And voila — you’re making money.

That’s literally how I did it.
Simple doesn’t mean easy —
but it does mean it’s possible.
