Tommy Keene was a guitarist and singer/songwriter from Bethesda, Maryland, who first played with Richard X Heyman in The Rage, and later founded the power-pop band Razz. Also as a solo artist he Released several albums. He's very appreciated by power-pop fans, and by specialist like PowerPopCriminals (thank you Angelo).
