SAP ASAP Methodology overview for SAP Beginners

Why is knowing about the ASAP methodology so important for an SAP consultant?

Well, ASAP was (and still is for many customers) THE project management standard for SAP implementation projects.

Everyone in the industry knows it. Every customer is using it or a version of it. And here is an introduction to it.

Side note: ASAP has six phases. Sometimes, the last two are merged together. Therefore, you'll find references to the five ASAP phases.

Note, that ASAP has a successor. It's called SAP ACTIVATE. See the link to my video down below.
