T8 USS Kansas - Buffed and Beautiful

The T8 USS Kansas has received A LOT of flak recently, and deservedly so, however in patch 9.12 it got quietly buffed. This buff and the announcement for it came quick, but it is exactly the trick that changed the ship entirely. Unlike before where the ship was inaccurate and didn't seem to ever penetrate anything, the ship is now solid with decent accuracy and good-enough penetration. These two changes combined radically alter the performance of the ship, and she is now far more enjoyable than ever before.

If you were hesitant to start this line due to the underperformance of these ships, you now have nothing to worry about.

VIII KANSAS:

Sigma parameter was increased from 1.6 to 1.7;
Armor penetration of AP shells increased by roughly 3.5%.
