Here’s the molecular cuisine recipe for Sweet & Sour TRANSPARENT NOODLES:
- 205 g White Sugar
- 35 g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 10 g Soy Sauce
- 5 g Salt
- 320 g Water
- 15 g Ketchup
- 12 g Agar Agar
