FAUX LOCS TUTORIAL | SIMPLE AND EASY

Hey y'all!
SO! Today I have a short little tutorial on how I achieved my faux locs. It's honestly super simple and easy, it's just a little time consuming, nonetheless, it's such a great protective style! I hope you all enjoyed and make sure you like, comment, and subscribe to my channel!

PRODUCTS I USED:
- 8 bundles of marley hair (any brand)
(2 of them were 1B at the back, and the rest were in 4)
- 3 packs of expressions pre-stretched braiding hair
- gorilla snot (for my edges)
- Grapeseed oil
- a lighter (or any tool of your choice to seal the ends)

I didn't gel my sections because the product tends to flake on me after about a week, but if you want to, you can definitely gel your sections for a more sleek look. It took me two days to complete my whole head, I wasn't in a rush though.. I first put all my hair into box braids, which took about 3-4 hours alone. And then I did the locs which probably took me 5 hours. I wasn't quite keeping track of time, but this process is time consuming. I recommend you choose a weekend when you aren't doing anything and start on like a friday evening. I love this protective style though, it will definitely last a long time.
