Toyota 4runner Front Differential Actuator Fix

2004 Toyota 4runner SR5 4wd 4.0 V6. Had another 4runner that would not engage the 4wd and I tested the transfer case actuator and then the front differential actuator. I show how to check the front actuator on the differential and how to remove the actuator as well. You will need to purchase some differential fluid for this job as you will lose almost all of the fluid in the front differential. To keep this from happening, it is recommended that once a month you activate the 4wd system in high and low range to keep both actuators lubricated and in working order.
