In this video we'll be discussing why Amy Slaton succeeded on her weight loss journey - but Tammy Slaton did not.

Amy and Tammy Slaton are two sisters from Kentucky sharing their weight struggles and personalities on their YouTube channel: @Amy Slaton-Halterman and now @TLC 's 1000-lb Sisters.

Together they weighed over 1000 pounds combined, TLC follows The Slaton Sisters through the challenge of losing enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery with Dr. Procter.

Amy - succeeds at her goal of weight loss, whereas Tammy does not. There are many reasons for this - but we'll just be discussing the role of "Attitude" in weight loss.

We'll be discussing the Slaton sisters' differences in focus, effort, and perseverance - and how these differences lead them to either success or failure.
