Senate confirms Jack Lew as U.S. ambassador to Israel

The Senate has voted to confirm Jack Lew, a former treasury secretary, to serve as the U.S. ambassador to Israel. NBC News' Ali Vitali reports from Capitol Hill on Lew's confirmation process and lawmakers' efforts on an emergency funding bill for Israel.
