Today at Speedy's Garage we install a 180 degree thermostat in our Dodge Challenger Hellcat to keep those engine coolant temperatures in check. This is a super easy automotive how to and will be beneficial even to a car without a tune. Use this on your Dodge Challenger SRT 6.4L, Dodge Challenger R/T, Dodge Challenger or Charger Hellcat, and quite frankly any other vehicle that could use a cooler operating temperature.

This will give you cooler engine temperatures with just the thermostat, but you will get even more benefit from a custom tune with adjusted fan speed. I see about 188 or so cruising, but stuck in traffic it still climbs to 200ish with air temperatures in the mid 90s F.
