I found out i have celiac disease. Huge life update, story time about how I found out, my symptoms, gluten free diet, what i eat in a day gluten free, new lifestyle/diet change, how I feel, grocery haul/shopping at whole foods. I never thought I would be making this video but I am glad I have answers to things & can be on this new journey & healing journey.
