Eddie Vedder is obviously famous for being a part of the band, Pearl Jam, but what’s lesser known about his is his passion for supporting people with EBRP. I heard all about it at the Tribeca premiere of his documentary, Matter of Time. Matter of Time is a heartfelt documentary that chronicles the global fight to cure Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare and devastating genetic skin disorder. It is anchored by two intimate solo benefit concerts performed by Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder in Seattle. Directed by Matt Finlin, the film is an inspiring look at the resilience of EB patients, their families, and the medical community driving groundbreaking research. After the carpet and screening, he even gave a live performance.
