BMW E39 520i /1996 - Fuel Pressure Regulator change

People ask why I changed it and this is the story:
My fuel pump broke and I changed it. Then I added a fuel pressure gauge in my car so I will know in the future if the pump is acting up. This gauge shows 3bar instead of 3.5. I thought maybe the regulator is bad. I should have go to a garage with professional tools to measure the accurate pursue but I thought the fpr is anyway very old, cheap and easy to replace. So that's why I replaced it. The fuell pressure gauge still shows 3bar. Is probably not very accurate. So that's how I got to change the fpr :)
