First Amendment Audit - Dallas County Hospital District Police
My day took me to the public sidewalk outside of Parkland Memorial Hospital in downtown Dallas where Officer Horn approached and informed me that the FREE PRESS had to get permission and go through channels in order to film the property from public, then proceeds to speak of trespassing me from a public sidewalk, then lies about where I was standing when filming.
