Making a Bronze Sword: Start to Finish

This is my first attempt at making a bronze sword. first sword of any kind. I started with a paper design, then a wood pattern, then cast it out of bronze. then hours and hours of grinding later I came up with this.

Materials used:

1”x4” board for the pattern.

Homemade green sand, 120 grit sand blasting sand with 10% bentonite.

scrap copper.
