In this one, I feel as if Gilbert and Anne are eachother's salvation in this world. They both go through struggles in green gables and they definitely are unique together. Gilbert is the only who is really nice to Anne and Anne like many girls don't want to admit that A guy likes her, but in her heart, she knows Gilbert is saving her from hate around her.
I could go on and on, but I just thought this song was beautiful for them.
