Workout: 3Mile Tempo done on trails leading to track @ 5:45-5:30 mile pace (switch shoes) 2 - 2.5Miles on the track. Middle Group 9:30 / Top Group 11:51 (400m Jog) 8 x 400 70 second pace (100m jog in-between)
