Brewing a Simcoe Pale Ale | Grain to Glass | Single Hop

In this video, I brew an American Pale Ale using only Simcoe hops. For this brew I am using the Brew in a Bag (BIAB) method. The beer turned out excellent, extremely drinkable with great balance between malt flavor and a slight hop bitterness with great hop nose. The only complaint is that the color is way darker than expected, but that was totally fine with me. This beer is all around very approachable for pretty much anyone. 5.3% ABV, 43 IBUs.

Single infusion mash at 154

Ferment for 7-10 days in primary, rack to secondary and dry hop for another 7-10 days, then cold crash for two days and bottle.
