WIRE STRAIGHTENING MACHINE WITH FLY CUTTING SYSTEM THROUGH SAW BLADE MOD. VM/MRTV2

The wire-straightening machine with fly cutting system mod. VM/MRTV is designed to straighten and automatically cut wires made of metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, steel, silver and gold, to the desired length and without stopping the advancement of the wire during the cutting operation.
The machine is composed of a coil holding system, a central dragging and straightening group, a cutting group through shears and a holder for the collection of cut pieces.
La macchina raddrizzatrice per filo con taglio al volo modello VM/MRTV è progettata per consentire di raddrizzare e tagliare in automatico fili di metalli quali alluminio, rame, ottone, acciaio, argento e oro, alla lunghezza desiderata e senza fermare l’avanzamento durante l’operazione di taglio.
La macchina è composta da un porta bobina, un gruppo centrale di trascinamento e raddrizzatura, un gruppo di taglio tramite cesoia e un supporto per la raccolta dei pezzi tagliati.
