Mountain Bike Shredding & Apple Pie Energy Balls 🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️🍎🥧 (EASY SNACK RECIPE)

There's not much I would rather do than eat homemade energy balls in the forest while mountain biking. Hang out with us while we have some fun and share a delicious recipe with you.

Recipe:
2 Cups of Dates
1 Cup of Walnuts
1 Cup of Dehydrated (dried) Apple
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Pinch of Salt

Blend in a food processor until uniform. Shape into balls or bars.
These will keep for at least a week or so in the fridge.... if you don't eat them all first.
