Dense Phase Conveying for Fine Fluidisable Material up to 1000m

Dense phase conveying, using a pneumatic conveyor Prep pump / mode, from Sccnekc Process, is ideal for conveying Fine Fluidisable material, over a long distance, upto 1000m.

In operation, using the ProPhase Prep pump for dense phase conveying, the vessel fills to the level probe and the outlet valve is closed. The inlet valve then closes and the vessel pre-pressurises. When a pre-set pressure is reached, the outlet valve opens and the material is fed to the silos. The outlet valve closes when the material has stopped flowing at the silo. The cycle repeats when material is once again available at the silo.
