E-14 Error Code "Pressure Too High" Troubleshooting - Henny Penny Velocity Fryers

Our Velocity fryers come equipped with an electronic sensor that monitors operational pressure in the frypot during a cooking cycle; when the operational pressure exceeds its normal limit, the control triggers error code E-14.
Excessive pressure buildup in the frypot can be triggered by a few different reasons. This video covers what those reasons are and how you can best troubleshoot this issue.
