We did a house tour of our favorite neighborhood in Los Angles again. I know a lot of viewers will say Porter Ranch is not "Los Angeles," but we wanted to include this house for those looking for the best bang for their buck in the city. This house is in the valley, about 30-45 min from Downtown Los Angeles, and even closer to the studios in Burbank / Hollywood. A lot of industry people and athletes live in this neighborhood and commute to the city.

To this day we have yet to see a better bang for your buck property in the Los Angeles area. Toll Brothers continues to give you the complete custom home feel from their homes. In addition to the amazing homes, they worked closely with the city of Porter Ranch to bring in a community of stores and activities to accompany the amazing property they have developed.
