Mavis is the CEO of Balance Body & Mind. She’s recognized for her groundbreaking contributions to the field of Exercise Science. She has a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Masters in Physio-Therapy. She’s been an accomplished sports rehab and fitness expert for 22 years and her initiative is to help change the narrative about our body image issues through a balanced body and a healthy mind.
She moved to Ghana on January 4th, 2020, and shortly after covid hit and lockdown began so needless to say her clientele base that was slowly picking up crashed within days!! It was awful, but with a little help from social media, she was able to start her online service which is actually doing better than my one-to-one !! ENJOY
