Howard Series 2 Gem Tour

Here is a full walk around and start up of my series 2 howard gem rotehoe rotavator. It is an old beast, and it has probably been painted at some time in the past. It has a British Junior engine, the engine that was made by Howard, The engine is a single cylinder side valve slow revving engine. It is about 600 cc. It has a Wico Magneto with an impulse starting mechanism. It is in very good order for an old dog.
