Meal of the week
Pot roast

Beef stroganoff
2 pounds ground beef
2 packets of McCormick beef stroganoff seasons
1 can of mushrooms
2 cans of dawns mushroom steak sauce
2 cups sour cream
1 package of egg noodles

Shrimp wraps and garlic bread pizzas

Meatloaf
2 pounds of ground beef
1 box stove top stuffing
2 eggs
Hunts meatloaf starter

Cheesy ranch potatoes
1 packet ranch dressing mix
Oil
Potatoes
Cheese
Bacon bits

Triple lemon poke cake
1-2 boxes lemon cake mix baked per box directions
1 box lemon pudding mix made per box directions
1-2 cans lemon frosting
2-3 fresh lemons
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Once you have the cake baked poke holes in the cake while still hot
While the cake is baking mix fresh lemon juice in with the sweetened condensed milk and zest from one lemon
Then pour your sweetened condensed milk over the holes you made in the cake
Then the lemon pudding a little at a time over the cake you might use 1/2 cup total. You don’t want to much pudding or the icing won’t spread. Once you have the pudding on the cake and the sweetened condensed milk put in the fridge for at lest 30 minutes to let the cake soak up the milk and the pudding. Now Time to put frosting on and enjoy!! This is a family fave!!
