Probably our Mayor (Gavin Newsom) (today Nov.2, 2010 became California's Lt. Governor) has a gift for the Mayor of Arlington, Texas.
My guess: size-L Giants jersey?

UPDATE: December 15, 2010

Mayor Robert Cluck, the mayor Arlington, Texas, the hometown of the Texas Rangers made good on his friendly World Series wager with Mayor Gavin Newsom on December 15, 2010, flying to San Francisco and amiably agreeing to pose with Newsom and the World Series trophy at City Hall.

Mayor Cluck donned a SF Giants jersey to coach a Junior Giants youth baseball team in the Bayview against one coached by Mayor Newsom.

Mayor Cluck called San Francisco "a beautiful, beautiful city." But putting on the orange Junior Giants jersey was "pretty painful." He also said with a chuckle. "It was a fair bet. I lost, and I still win, because I get to come to San Francisco to do some community service."

"It was a great series," Cluck said. "I'm very proud for these guys. They deserved it."

Mayor Robert Cluck is anything but a good sport.
Indeed, it was a win-win.
Well done!
