Artix Linux KDE runit Review

37POL suggested I take a look at Artix Linux, an Arch based distro without the Systemd. I dive in head first to evaluate the KDE spin of Artix with runit as the Init, to try and find out if alternatives to Systemd are really game changing or simply just another Init.
