From the Evansville feed. Marc Lowrance doing the commentary. Marc would leave the USWA in a few months time and go on to become a Methodist minister. This clip was preceeded by a feature with Jeff Jarrett doing an interview with FM100. I would have uploaded it but sadly it included music that matched third party content. I believe timmy8271b uploaded the only other clip of James (Jim) Rapp that is currently on youtube.
