Authentic Living in the mountains of Lebanon. I traveled through Libnan for 6 months, and on the trip I wanted to record and document the traditional village recipes so they wont be forgotten. In this video there is walnut farming, tomato paste, green fig jam, mutton tallow, saj bread, apple jam, and dried figs.
