Drone flies over the Yosemite Falls | Drones in Yosemite

Before it was illegal to fly drones in the Yosemite National Park. This is a video from a drone looking down over the falls. At the point right over the falls, the wind current from the river canyon meets the updraft caused by the rushing water over the falls displacing the air below the falls. Where these two currents meet a turbulent mixture of churning air exists. This is where we flew the drone.
