What’s the difference between Heat and Temperature? | Class 7th Physics |

It is commonly misunderstood that heat and temperature mean the same. But keep in mind both the concepts are different from one another.

Heat is a form of energy whereas to measure this energy is termed as temperature. Heat can be transformed from hot to cold or vice versa and the temperature is to measure this hotness or coldness using instruments like a thermometer.

There are three scales to measure temperature, Celsius, Fahrenheit and Kelvin
