City of Horror Setup and Rules - Ready Steady Play

Mike runs down the rules for City of Horror; a 2012 release from Repos Production. Players take on the role of small groups of survivors competing to survive for 4 hours until rescue arrives. Unfortunately there's not enough zombie antidote to go around, and tensions run high as the survivors compete not only for their very survival, but for something far more important; the most points!
