Mike Lopez of Cadillac Connect put on #CadillacFest5, May 23rd, 2015, Anaheim Marketplace, Anaheim, California. Overhaulin', with Chip Foose & The A-Team, did this resto for Honorable LAPD Officer Scott Burkett & His Family back in December of Last Year. Scott shows up and interacts with the community at lots of events and is a very popular role model for the kids. His '63 Caddy took the 2015 Consumer Electronic Show Tech Auto Files award for "Best of Show Demo Vehicle" out of almost 200 cars. +430 hp LS3 under the hood.
