Wooden mosaic threshold

In this video I show the process of making a doorstep in my living room.
I have different floors level in my living room and the corridor so I had to make a threshold.
I decided to make it a little bit more interesting especialy for my kids. For making it I used a scrap wood I found at home (ash, oak and maple).
I am happy with the outcome. The threshold looks like door mat.
