Vishesh: Kashmir faces worst floods in six decades

The Kashmir valley is reeling under worst floods in six decades with the death toll risen 120. Most of the rivers and streams in the Valley have crossed the danger mark, the rescue operations have become difficult. The Police and army struggled to evacuate the people to safe places.
